new reverse flow injection chemiluminescenct analysis system of
luminol-H2O2-Cu(Ⅱ)-coomassie brilliant blue G250 is developed.
The linear range for the determination of Cu(Ⅱ) is 0.005~0.100
mg/L,the
detection limit is 0.0015 mg/L Cu(Ⅱ). The relative standard
deviation(N=10)for
an analytical concentration of 0.050 mg/L Cu(Ⅱ)is
3.6%. The tolerable capacity of interference ion is relatively
large. The precision, accuracy and selectivity of the method are
verygood.
The method has been used to determine trace Cu(Ⅱ) in river water
with satisfactory results.
